How are you giving away free and discounted tickets? Is this possible?
Yes, its possible and just happened. You have a free or discounted ticket to the event or venue you selected! These are promotional tickets brought to you exclusively by Craze Promotions and our partners. Every Craze ticket claimed will grant general admission entry to the event or venue listed in accordance with the terms outlined.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
An ID is required to be presented at will call with your Craze event ticket. If you do not have a drivers license or passport, you can bring a student ID or other form of identification. Age requirements vary by event and venue – they will be listed on the top of each individual promotion page.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Registration is not transferrable. Please have your friends sign up and claim tickets/vouchers shoud they want to attend this event. If you claimed two tickets, your guest must be with you upon arrival. Your guest must also present a valid ID upon arrival and may be asked to provide other contact information.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, you and your guests are required to bring a printed copy of your Craze ticket voucher in order to gain entry. Tickets are emailed to you as a PDF file after purchase and will be from “Craze”. If you do not see your tickets in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. If you are still having issues finding or printing your tickets, you can write us at email@example.com and someone will get back to you shortly to help.
What happens if my plans change and I can’t use my Craze ticket. Is that okay?
It’s important that you do not claim tickets to events or entry to venues you don’t plan on attending. Should this happen please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the voucher information and your name. We will then replenish the inventory so someone else can take advantage of the promotion.
Do you grant refunds on purchased vouchers?
Unless an event is totally canceled, all sales are final and refunds will not be granted.
